The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for onsite service and support needs for our customers. This relates to all technology, including but not limited to: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. The Senior Systems Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert on strategic core competencies and provide thought leadership on new and emerging technologies. The Senior Systems Engineer will work on more complex projects involving security, networking, and firewall and advanced computing environment administration.
Service Delivery Coordinator
The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for developing service tickets for customers by managing the cost, time, and scope constraints. The primary duties include managing service ticket queues, triage of incoming incidents and service requests, validation of service ticket information and ultimately scheduling an available resource to complete all service tickets within established customer service level agreements (SLA). Ticket updates and follow-up to ensure service level goals are met. The Service Delivery Coordinator is also responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests.
